Hello dear creator! Thanks for offering one or more of my ships! Below are lists of my general likes and Do Not Wants, but I also wanted to note a couple things.

I ask a lot of questions in my prompts, but this is not a school essay; you don’t have to answer them! The questions I pose are just thoughts I have about canon or character interactions, a guide for what I might want to see in a work or how you can think about what you want to create.

I am always okay with non-requested characters making appearances as long as they don’t become the focus of the work.

Smut is welcome, as long as it’s consensual. I usually like a bit of build up before getting into the action (e.g. clothes are on in the opening paragraphs). Polyamory/threesomes/moresomes are also welcome! You are welcome to look at the bookmarks in my AO3 profile to get a better idea of what I like.

Please remember that optional details are optional! It’s always a joy to be given a gift of any kind. If there’s something you’re unsure about, you can always contact the mods to get clarification.

General likes (in no particular order):

• Reincarnation/past lives: I love when people are so destined for each other that they keep meeting in every lifetime
• Soulmates: marks (like names, first/last words, where they’re first touched by each other), seeing colors (gray scale to full color, seeing every color except their soulmates eyes until they meet), or any other fun concept
• In-universe crossovers: characters that have never met in canon randomly meeting without knowing how they’re connected (like waiting next to each other in line somewhere, or sitting next to each other on the bus)
• Character A calling character B by their first name in a stressful/intimate moment when normally A would use B’s last name or title
• Epistolary/multimedia
• Character A doing something that makes character B’s heart swell and think “oh my god I love them”
• Secret relationships and/or established relationships
• Character A has trouble sleeping and can only get a good night’s sleep when they share a bed with character B
• Snowed in/sharing a bed
• Ferris wheel dates/confessions

Do Not Wants (also in no particular order):

• Unhappy/tragic/hopeless endings
• Permanent break-ups (of relationships or friendships)
• Rape/non-con
• Incest (including adopted relatives and step-relatives)
• Daddy kink, pet play, dom-sub lifestyle dynamics, slavery
• De-aging/age regression
• Kidfic, meaning characters having children or becoming children (Canonical child characters are okay)
• Non-canonical major character death (characters who are dead/die in canon are okay, as are random background characters/OC)
• Pet death
• Extreme graphic violence
• Pregnancy/mpreg
• Texting/chatfics (occasional short text conversations are fine but I do not want the entire body of work to be just texting)
• First person POV

On to the requests! These are not listed in order of preference, but just how I filled out the form on AO3. Also, the “additional comments” are just there in case I think of anything to add once sign-ups are closed. I have split each relationship into one "request" for ease of reading.

One last thing, in case you are interested. I typically play a paragon, spacer sole survivor vanguard female Shepard with the default name, Jane. You are under no obligation to include these details, but I thought I would list them anyways!


Request 1: Jeff "Joker" Moreau/James Vega

• Request: So I was looking through the parent collection and found Happy Ending by buhnebeest which activated a part of my brain I didn't know I had. It's so interesting having two characters that are so different physically, but have such similar senses of humor. Joker uses sarcasm as a shield to deflect from his condition, and Vega uses humor to keep from getting too close to anyone. Joker is insecure, Vega is confident (on the surface...) and I'd just love to see them interact more.

Request 2: EDI/Jeff "Joker" Moreau

• Request: Always the side couple, never the focus. I love the dynamic of someone growing into their personhood being so attached to a sarcastic insecure asshole. How many profound questions can you be asked before you just break down and start being sincere? What do you learn about your own humanity after helping guiding an AI into her own? How does EDI navigate having a body and being able to act on her desires, whatever they are? What does sex and intimacy look like between someone who is maybe (probably) inexperienced and someone who is actually literally discovering what all of that is?

Request 3: Macen Barro/Avitus Rix

• Request: I'm gonna say what everyone's thinking: FIX IT PLEASE! It was so thrilling to chase down the story of what happened to the turian ark, and it was so sad at the end, so. I propose that Macen survives. Is he injured? How bad? How does Avitus deal with/help with his recovery? Is he sent to the Nexus, or one of the colonies? What do the two of them do after? Does Macen continue his pathfinder duties? Alternatively, how did they meet? What's it like being gay in turian society? Macen is described as "a shining example of a turian citizen", how does he feel about that? How does Avitus feel about that? What made them decide to go to Andromeda, together? How did they feel, going to sleep?

Request 4: Kal'Reegar/Tali'Zorah nar Rayya

• Request: These two are so sweet. The earnest marine and the scientist he's been assigned to protect. How long was he with Tali on her assignment to Haestrom? Did they know each other before? Was there maybe a bit of a crush there, in either direction? Is Reegar secretly a fan of Fleet & Flotilla?

Request 5: Kolyat Krios/Oriana Lawson

• Request: I really got into this ship because of turianmailman on tumblr, and their askkoliana blog. It's a really nice dynamic, two stupid teenagers with daddy issues, trying to figure out how to be people and maybe falling in love along the way. I'm always very soft for grumpy pessimist/cheerful optimist and like, hey, drell are hot. How do they go from strangers to lovers? How do they feel about their family members going off and saving the galaxy?

Request 6: Samara/Female Shepard

• Request: One word: Longing. I actually have more words than that. Samara has spent most of her life giving up everything for something that isn't her fault. Even if she's at peace with it all, wouldn't it be nice to be a little selfish, just once? To indulge in some romantic-type feelings with a fascinating human.

Request 7: Kaidan Alenko/(Male or Female or Nonbinary) Citadel Doctor

• Request: I have the same prompt for both of these, because I have no preference for male or female (or nonbinary!) citadel doctor. Of the ME1 romances Kaidan is the only one who explicitly started to try and move on from Shepard's death. I wonder what that was like for him, how his friends convinced him to go see someone. How did they know this doctor? I know a common headcanon for the doctor is Dr. Michel, but I am personally not very interested in that. Does Kaidan feel guilty during the date or does it feel freeing? Feel free to fill in the details on the doctor however you'd like. It's interesting if Kaidan started to explore his bisexuality with this re-entry to dating. Up to you though!

Request 8: Dark Star Lounge Bartender/Presidium Groundskeeper

• Request: I had never even thought of this pairing until I was looking through the tagset. Two unnamed characters that never interact in canon. But they're right across from each other!! What was the groundskeeper doing just hanging around the lounge? Conspicuously in view of the bartender. Do they know each other? Are they dating? Did the bartender catch the groundskeeper's eye and he just can't stop himself from coming back? Tell me more!!

Request 9: Jack | Subject Zero/Female Shepard

• Request: I think it's a crime that Jack can't be romanced by Femshep. I like the direction that the game takes with the MShep romance, allowing Jack to open up and be vulnerable, but I think it's just different with a female Shepard. Someone that could possibly understand her perspective more, being afraid of being used or exploited. Maybe some moments of tenderness and softness between them?

Request 10: Solana Vakarian/James Vega

• Request: This is another pairing I hadn't even considered until I saw it in the tagset. I have to imagine there's some post-war gathering or something that Garrus and Solana go to, along with Shepard and Vega and the Normandy crew. And Solana just sees Vega, (a big human) and is very interested. Is she still taller than him? I also think it would be funny to have background Shepard/Garrus. Liking humans runs in the family.

Request 11: Kaidan Alenko/Jeff "Joker" Moreau/Female Shepard

• Request: I have to wonder if Kaidan and Joker would have turned to each other after Shepard's death in ME2. Joker blames himself, Kaidan just lost his love interest, and both of them are there. And then Joker disappears and he and Shepard end up with Cerberus. What happens between them after Shepard and Joker turn themselves into the Alliance and Shepard goes under house arrest? Do they talk? What do Kaidan and Joker do with themselves while Shepard is in jail?

Request 12: Kaidan Alenko/Female Shepard/James Vega

• Request: Something I see quite often with this ship is Shepard and Kaidan having an established relationship and welcoming James into it. I think it could be interesting to see Shepard and James or Kaidan and James already being together, or interested in some capacity, and bringing the third person in. Or all coming together at once! Maybe some hot-blooded marine sparring? Or wrestling? Strip poker? The possibilities are endless!
