Hello dear creator! Thanks for offering one or more of my pairings. Below are lists of my general likes and Do Not Wants, but I also wanted to note a couple things.

I ask a lot of questions in my prompts, but this is not a school essay; you don’t have to answer them! The questions I pose are just thoughts I have about canon or character interactions, a guide for what I might want to see in a work or how you can think about what you want to create.

I am always okay with non-requested characters making appearances as long as they don’t become the focus of the work.

Smut is welcome, as long as it’s consensual. I usually like a bit of build up before getting into the action (e.g. clothes are on in the opening paragraphs). Polyamory/threesomes/moresomes are also welcome! You are welcome to look at the bookmarks in my AO3 profile to get a better idea of what I like.

Please remember that optional details are optional! It’s always a joy to be given a gift of any kind. If there’s something you’re unsure about, you can always contact the mods to get clarification.

General likes (in no particular order):

• Reincarnation/past lives: I love when people are so destined for each other that they keep meeting in every lifetime
• Soulmates: marks (like names, first/last words, where they’re first touched by each other), seeing colors (gray scale to full color, seeing every color except their soulmates eyes until they meet), or any other fun concept
• In-universe crossovers: characters that have never met in canon randomly meeting without knowing how they’re connected (like waiting next to each other in line somewhere, or sitting next to each other on the bus)
• Character A calling character B by their first name in a stressful/intimate moment when normally A would use B’s last name or title
• Epistolary/multimedia
• Character A doing something that makes character B’s heart swell and think “oh my god I love them”
• Secret relationships and/or established relationships
• Character A has trouble sleeping and can only get a good night’s sleep when they share a bed with character B
• Snowed in/sharing a bed
• Ferris wheel dates/confessions

Do Not Wants (also in no particular order):

• Unhappy/tragic/hopeless endings
• Permanent break-ups (of relationships or friendships)
• Rape/non-con
• Incest (including adopted relatives and step-relatives)
• Daddy kink, pet play, dom-sub lifestyle dynamics, slavery
• De-aging/age regression
• Kidfic, meaning characters having children or becoming children (Canonical child characters are okay)
• Non-canonical major character death (characters who are dead/die in canon are okay, as are random background characters/OC)
• Pet death
• Pregnancy/mpreg
• Texting/chatfics (occasional short text conversations are fine but I do not want the entire body of work to be just texting)
• First person POV

On to the requests! These are not listed in order of preference, but just how I filled out the form on AO3. Also, the “additional comments” are just there in case I think of anything to add once sign-ups are closed. I have split each relationship into one "request" for ease of reading.

One last thing, in case you are interested. I typically play a paragon, spacer sole survivor vanguard female Shepard with the default name, Jane. You are under no obligation to include these details, but I thought I would list them anyways!


Request 1: Jeff "Joker" Moreau/James Vega

• Request: I love the difference in physicality between these two characters and how that dynamic can play out in flirting/a relationship. Joker and Vega are both comedians, but in very different ways. Joker uses sarcasm to distance himself from difficult situations. While Vega can be serious if the situation calls for it, he's casual and at arm's-length, especially towards people he respects but isn't that friendly with yet (see: nickname for Shepard). Are they just a fling? Does someone catch feelings?

Request 2: Male Shepard/James Vega

• Request:Okay honestly I'm kind of thinking of something similar as above. I really like the idea of a biotic or tech Shepard that doesn't look very strong physically. Like yeah he's 100 pounds soaking wet but he'll break you in half with his mind or sabotage your life support without breaking a sweat. Vega thinking about himself like he isn't anything more than a meathead, and underestimates Shepard at the same time (since they aren't in action together until Mars). And Shepard completely dominates (dominates Vega...?) and Vega is unbelievably into it. But also Shepard encouraging/mentoring Vega and making Vega realize that he's so much more than a meathead.

Request 3: Jeff "Joker" Moreau/EDI

• Request: Always the side couple, never the focus. One of my favorite sequences in the entire trilogy is EDI directing Joker to unshackle her and the way she does her best to protect him, even though she can't physically/directly do so. I love the dynamic of someone growing into their personhood being so attached to a sarcastic insecure asshole. How many profound questions can you be asked before you just break down and start being sincere? What do you learn about your own humanity after helping guiding an AI into her own? How does EDI navigate having a body and being able to act on her desires, whatever they are? What does sex and intimacy look like between someone who is maybe (probably) inexperienced and someone who is actually literally discovering what all of that is?

Request 4: Kaidan Alenko/Jeff "Joker" Moreau

• Request: I wish these two got to interact more during the games. They have very different ways of being snarky, and I'd love to see what happens if one of them catches feelings and gets a little more flustered around the other one. How does Kaidan feel about Joker working with Shepard/Cerberus during ME2? What's their reunion like after the game? Does Joker get worried about Kaidan when he's part of the ground team? What if he came back injured, how would Joker react? Kaidan has hurt people before, would he treat Joker with kid gloves? Does Joker like/dislike that? Also, Joker tends to be so hard on himself, and Kaidan is so mature and understanding that I think it would be so sweet to see Joker treated seriously/nicely/as well as he deserves (which is very well).

Request 5: Female Cerberus Agent/Male Systems Alliance Operative

• Request: I'm picturing a few different scenarios here. I can see a scenario where they're in a relationship but they don't know that they're working for opposite sides. Or, one of them is undercover sent to kill the other, but they just can't bring themselves to do it (and run away together??). Or, there's some kind of shootout, and one of them is injured and hides but is found by the other, but they don't kill each other and maybe actually help each other? The possibilities are endless here.

Request 6: Miranda Lawson/Female Shepard

• Request: I saw a mod that gives Miranda a bun and it made my brain short-circuit. She is so badass and strong, and I think she deserves to be soft too. In game she doesn't get along with Shepard in the beginning (just protecting her asset, still loyal to Cerberus), but Shepard treats her less like a tool and more like a person. I like the idea that Shepard pushes Miranda's buttons just as much as Miranda pushes hers. Miranda is poised and polished and Shepard is crass and uncouth. (The dyke/fem dynamic. do you see it.) They bicker, they disagree, but what matters is Shepard shows up when it counts. Miranda is so used to relying only on herself, and I'd love to see Shepard show up for her when she isn't expecting it, when Miranda thought she was alone.

Request 7: Gianna Parasini/Emily Wong

• Request: Bioware did Emily Wong so dirty. She is such an interesting character and it's a crime you only got to interact with her in ME1. I think it would be cute to have her accidentally messing up Gianna's investigations, so they make a deal that Emily gets the exclusive scoop after Gianna is done being undercover. And they keep meeting up, maybe even if Gianna doesn't have anything to give Emily?

Request 8: Kolyat Krios/Oriana Lawson

• Request: This is a really fun dynamic, two stupid teenagers with daddy issues, trying to figure out how to be people and maybe falling in love along the way. I'm always very soft for grumpy pessimist/cheerful optimist and like, hey, drell are hot. How do they go from strangers to lovers? How do they feel about their family members going off and saving the galaxy?
